Astronauts Eugene Cernan (US), Harrison Schmitt (US) and Ronald Evans (US) took part in the Apollo 17 mission, the last one to land on the Moon, from the 7 to the 19 of December 1972. The command module orbited the Moon for 147 hours, 41 minutes and 13 seconds. Ronald Evans remained on board for the whole mission (while Cernan and Schmitt spent 74 hr 59 mins & 40 seconds on the lunar surface), achieving the longest stay in orbit, for a human, around any celestial body.
