The highest tissue paper production rate in 24 hours is 2,623,738 meters which was achieved by Fine Hygienic Holding at AlNakheel Hygienic Paper Manufacturing (UAE), in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on 13 July 2023.
To cater the high demand of Tissue Jumbo Rolls and in alignment with Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH) company’s vision 2022, PM5 team decided to take the lead in optimizing its paper machine performance to give a boost to volume.
The journey started in June 2022 with 2000 m/min speed, PM5 team broke the first barrier of 2100
m/min in Aug 2022. Validation of 2100 m/min speed was done with intensive and systematic inspection of critical equipment and critical process parameters.
After careful and vigilant technical studies and optimization of whole production system starting from stock preparation, paper machine, winder, and wrapping/packaging unit, they were able to achieve continuous and stable runs of 2200 m/min.
March 2023 the FHH-PM5 reached 2,222 m/min speed. The stable run of 2,222 m/min run lasted for
24 hours.
