Best-selling artist of bhangra music

The best selling solo bhangra artist is Malkit Singh (India) who has sold an average of 260,000 copies of each of his albums (published by Oriental Star Agencies) - totalling sales of over 4.9 million records - since he began his career in 1985. Malkit Singh also holds the record for the most recordings by a bhangra artist.
