Fastest Latin track to reach 100 million views on YouTube

“BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53”, aka “Out of Your League”, a collaboration between the Argentinian DJ and producer Bizarrap (b. Gonzalo Julián Conde) and the Colombian vocalist Shakira (b. Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll), amassed 100 million views on YouTube in 2 days and approximately 22 hours. The "diss" track – in which Shakira reflects on her relationship with soccer player Gerard Piqué – was uploaded on 12 January 2023. It racked up more than 63 million views in the first 24 hours, setting another record for a Latin track on YouTube. “Hasta Que Dios Diga” by Anuel AA and Bad Bunny, uploaded on 29 May 2020, achieved 100 million views in just over six days.
Reportedly, only 11 music videos have previously reached the landmark of 100 million views faster than “BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53” – all of them by K-pop acts. BTS and BLACKPINK dominate the Top 10, with the former’s “Butter” attracting 108.2 million views in the first 24 hours.
By 26 January 2023, exactly two weeks after it was uploaded to YouTube, “BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53” had attracted almost 206 million views and 8.9 million likes.
