The fastest sport stacking individual cycle (male), according to the World Sport Stacking Association, is 4.739 seconds, achieved by Chan Keng Ian (Malaysia) at the WSSA 2024 Okinawa Cup in Tomigusuku City, Japan, on 20 July 2024.
Ian surpassed his previous record of 4.843 seconds, which he set at the 2023 Asian Open Sport Stacking Championships in Gwangju, South Korea, on 17 November 2023.
The World Sport Stacking Association reset their records on 1 September 2021, following the introduction of the new G5 timer. Previous records became “legacy records” and a new records database was started.
