Rogith has been training in circus acts for about 4 years now and truly enjoys it. He chose to attempt this record after growing inspired by his parents, trainers and peers- who offered their unconditional support.
Hula hooping is a global phenomenon dating back to ancient Greece and Egypt, Hula hooping remains popular to this day as it combines fun, fitness, and rhythm. Not to mention how it actually helps in improving coordination, balance, and core strength.
In order to successfully surpass the previous record, Rogith attempted this by standing perfectly upright- while using his upper body to gain momentum.
