The fastest time to solve a 3x3x3 rotating puzzle cube is 2.76 seconds, achieved by Teodor Zajder (Poland) at the GLS Big Cubes Gdańsk 2026 event in Gdańsk, Poland, on 8 February 2026.
Nine-year-old Zajder is the first person to break the sub-3-second barrier.
He surpassed the previous mark of 3.05 seconds, set by Xuanyi Geng at the Shenyang Spring 2025 event in Shenyang, Liaoning, China, on 13 April 2025.
