This record title was also achieved while attempting "Largest serving of Nigerian style jollof rice"! The ingredients for both records had to include rice and it be at least 80% of the total weight. Over 16,600 portions of the Nigerian style Jollof rice food were distributed immediately after cooking and also distributed to local communities.
