His latest award, at the 22nd BET Awards in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 26 June 2022, saw him beat four-time category winner Drake, J. Cole, Future, Jack Harlow, Lil Baby and three-time winner Kanye West to the prize.
Since the Male Hip Hop Artist award was established in 2001, it has also been won by Jay-Z, Ja Rule, 50 Cent, T.I., Lil Wayne, Nipsey Hussle, DaBaby and Lil Baby.
