Top selling living author - 1990s

In a survey conducted by Bookwatch to find the top-selling author of the 1990's, Dr David G. Hessayon author of the Expert series of gardening books, came second only to Catherine Cookson, with book sales of 10.5 million in the past ten years.  There are 18 books in the Expert series, with the first produced in 1959 and the latest on 1 April 1999. Worldwide sales have reached 42 million.
