The highest concentration of theme hotels is down the 6.8-km-long (4.2-mi) stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard in Clark County, Nevada, USA, known as The Strip, which boasts at least 13 hotels with a distinct motif or concept incorporated throughout its design and fixtures.

According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, more than 40 million tourists and conference attendees visit the city every year, and as of February 2024, the city's estimated 278 hotels offered more than 156,000 rooms - 88,656 of which were on The Strip, between the iconic "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign at 5100 Las Vegas Boulevard South and the Strat Hotel, just north of the junction of East Sahara Avenue.

In recent years, a number of Vegas hotels have toned down their theming in order to focus on luxury, dining and entertainment, although along this stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard, there is still a theme hotel on average every 400 m (1,300 ft). The 13 hotels with an identifiable theme as of October 2025 are:

Circus Circus (Circus), Treasure Island (Pirates), Venetian (Venice, Italy), Harrah's (Carnival/Mardi Gras), Caesars Palace (Roman Empire), Rio (Brazil/Carnival), Bellagio (Bellagio, Lake Como, Italy), Paris Las Vegas (Paris, France), Planet Hollywood (Hollywood, USA), New York-New York (New York, USA), Excalibur (Medieval Europe/King Arthur), Luxor (Ancient Egypt) and Mandalay Bay (Tropical).
