The longest time aloft for a mini flying disc thrown by a male is 9.92 seconds, achieved by Conrad Damon (USA) in Rohnert Park, California, USA, on 27 September 1997. The record was ratified by the World Flying Disc Federation.

As per WFDF regulations, "mini discs" can be no larger than 4.5 in (11.43 cm) in diameter.

For a standard-sized flying disc, the record has stood for nearly 40 years: Don Cain (USA) threw a disc that remained in the air for 16.72 seconds in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, on 26 May 1984.
