The farthest throw of a mini flying disc by a female is 92.4 m (303 ft 1.8 in) set by Jennifer Allen (USA) at the High Desert Distance Challenge in Primm, Nevada, USA, on 27 March 2016. The record was ratified by the World Flying Disc Federation.
Professional "disc golfer" Allen also holds the distance record for throwing a standard-sized flying disc, with a 173.3-m (568-ft 6.8-in) throw achieved at the same event on 26 March 2016.
This bettered the previous mini disc record of 86 m (282 ft 1.8 in) achieved by Juliana Korver (USA) on 26 October 2014, also in Primm, Nevada.
The farthest throw of a mini flying disc by a male is 160.90 m (527 ft 10.6 in) set by Simon Lizotte (DEU) in Primm, Nevada, USA, on 24 October 2014.
As per WFDF regulations, "mini discs" can be no larger than 4.5 in (11.43 cm) in diameter.
