Five US television series share the record for winning Outstanding Drama Series at the Emmy Awards four times: Game of Thrones (HBO, 2015–16, 2018–19), Mad Men (AMC, 2008–2011), The West Wing (NBC, 2000–03), L.A. Law (NBC, 1987, 1989–91) and Hill Street Blues (NBC, 1981–84).
