Alexander wanted to showcase the versatility of cask finishing to push the boundaries of what was possible in whisky aging. Much hard work and patience went into creating each variety with each cask was given a minimum of 24 hours to mature. The complex process of cask finishing produced an outstanding 33 varieties.
