The most intelligent parrot is Alex, an African Grey (Psittacus erithacus), who knows words for over 35 objects and seven colors. Alex also has a functional use of phrases and a distinction between three, four, five and six sided shapes. His accuracy has averaged 80% when tested on these abilities.
