Lorenzo is a passionate runner and decided to break this record in the RUN Winschoten 50 km race.

He trained for 3 months in the lead up to race day and focused also on core and arm strength, in order to maintain pushing the pram.

In the pram for the attempt was Lorenzo's young son Raimondo, who spent most of the attempt sleeping soundly!

Lorenzo actually came second in the race too, so was able to take part in the award ceremony.
