Elvis Presley (USA, b. 8 January 1935, d. 16 August 1977) is the chart "King" with 21 No.1 singles. Elvis’ first chart-topper was “All Shook Up” on 12 July 1957; his most recent best-seller was a re-issue of his 1960 No.1 “It’s Now or Never”, which spent one week at the top on 5 February 2005.
