Most generations of screen actors in a family

There are four generations of screen actors in the Redgrave family. Roy Redgrave (1872–1922) made his screen debut in 1911 and continued to appear in Australian films until 1920. Sir Michael Redgrave married actress Rachel Kempson and their two daughters Vanessa and Lynn and son Corin are all actors. Vanessas two daughters Joely and Natasha and Corins daughter Jemma are already successful actresses with films such as Wetherby, A Month in the Country and The Dream Demon to their respective credit. Roy was born in England and died in Australia.  Of the ten films he appeared in from 1911 onwards, all were made in Australia, were b/w and silent. The last film he made Robbery Under Arms was made in 1920.
