The youngest person to present on TV (female) is Sheridan Jobbins (Australia, b. 21 July 1959) who, at the age of 9, began hosting Cooking With Sheri (Channel 7, Australia) in April 1969. The five-minute, weekly, then the daily show continued to air nationally for three consecutive years, ending when she was 11 years old.
In total, 26 episodes (2 x seasons of 13) were filmed, initially in black and white. These were aired weekly, then during the school holidays, they were repeated to become a daily strip of 5-minute episodes. She was the only host of the show.
