The longest slackline walk between two cable-cars is 65 m (213 ft), made between two gondolas situated at a height of 200 m (656 ft) above the Brandnertal valley in Austria by Yannick Loerwald, Justin Kroppa and Thomas Spöttl (all Austria) on 2 September 2021.
The trio, from the Austria Slackline Association, crossed between the roofs of two gondolas on the Panoramabahn - the cable-car of the Brandnertal ski resort. The attempt was initially postponed because of high winds but successful traverses were finally made when the gusts died down.
