Although not the largest ever ziggurat (rectangular stepped pyramid), the largest surviving ziggurat is the Ziggurat of Ur (now Muqayyar, Iraq) with a base 61 x 45.7 m (200 x 150 ft), built to three storeys and surmounted by a summit temple. The first storey and part of the second storey now survive to a height of 18 m (60 ft). It was built in the reign of Ur-nammu ( c. 2113-2095 BC).
