On June 28, 2002, Albert Lucas (USA) became the first person to flash thirteen rings. Performing the feat at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in South Carolina, Albert used an atypical pattern for juggling an odd number of objects, throwing out and catching seven rings with his right hand, and six with his left, in paths that did not cross over from hand to hand.
