Midnight Sun is a companion to Stephanie Meyer's 2005 bestseller Twilight, retelling the story from the perspective of vampire Edward Cullen. The second and third places in the charts were held by Delia Owens' Where the Crawdads Sing (1,736,500 copies sold) and Charlie Mackesy's The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse (1,686,186 copies).
