A further 1.21m² 13ft² were deemed inedible, having been burnt. The pudding was made from 162kg 357lb of flour, 10kg 22lb of salt, 109kg 240lb of eggs, 129 litres 28gal of milk, 145 litres 31gal of water and one tub of seasoning.
