The largest Xbox console is 2.08 m x 1.04 m x 1.04 m (6.82 ft x 3.41 ft x 3.41 ft), achieved by Michael Pick (USA), in Huntsville, Alabama, USA, on 9 December 2021.

Michael is always looking for new engineering challenges and this seemed like a really fun build for him. It's also something that he was planning to donate to a local children's hospital, so the end result was definitely worth all of the effort. He has a personal connection to this project as he grew up playing Halo and other popular Xbox titles. So when he had the opportunity to build a supersized Xbox, he knew he had to take it!

It took about two days to plan everything, and then about a month for the actual construction. The trickiest part of the build was designing and making the glowing Xbox logo. He had to figure out a way to make it glow consistently, while also allowing it to work as a push button. It took a little bit of brainstorming, but he finally figured it out.

Everything for this attempt went to plan and Michael says that this was one of his easier builds. He has previously achieved the record for largest Nerf gun (3.81 m / 12 ft 6 in), which was a lot more complex than this attempt. He is keeping himself busy by working on other supersized projects.

When asked what it means to him to achieve a second Guinness World Records title, Michael says "It means a lot! I've worked really hard making this build as accurate as possible, and having a Guinness World Records title would really be a cool way to end this project."
