China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation is a national public-raising foundation focusing on teenagers' developement of science and technology. Teenagers from different provinces across China including those from outlying area were invited to participate the attempt. The organiser planned to have about 200 participants but finally there were totally 123, and 8 of them were disqualified due to incompletion of their sculptures. The sculpture chosen for this attempt was London Tower Bridge.
GD Midea HVAC Heating & Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. will donate 330 sets of technology educational resource for teenagers after the attempt.
