Today, Natisha Dingle has surpassed her previous Guinness World Records title of 491.99 km/h (305.70 mph) in 2022. She remains the reigning champ when it comes to the 'fastest female speed skydiver' as she reached an average speed of 497.31 km/h (309.01 mph).
To Natisha, skydiving is not only a passion but a form of freedom. The secret to her successful outcome, she mentions- is to hold/maintain a streamlined body position (i.e. not moving much) to reduce air resistance. A streamlined body position in skydiving simply means arching the body; with arms and legs extended while the stomach is facing down.
