The oldest living quadruplets are the Miles quadruplets, Ann, Ernest, Paul and Michael (all UK, b. 28 November 1935), widely referred to as the "St Neots Quads", who were aged 87 years 316 days as 10 October 2023.

Although widely referred to as the St Neots Quads, the Miles siblings were actually born in the nearby town of Eynesbury in Cambridgeshire.

Delivered by Dr Ernest Harrison (after whom one of the quads was named) some seven weeks premature, owing to their exceptional needs during the first six months, he actually offered to take the Miles babies into his own home so as to be able to better administer around-the-clock care, with the support of specialist nurses from the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

Being among some of the first quadruplets on record to survive, the Miles quads attracted a lot of media attention as babies (King George V even sent the family a sum of £4 in financial support). The attention would continue while they were growing up and they became closely affiliated with the Cow & Gate milk brand, the long-term sponsorship helping the parents (Walter and Doris Miles) to meet the costs of raising the large family.
