The most extreme form of conjoined twins is dicephales tetrabrachius dipus (two heads, four arms and two legs). The only fully reported example is Masha and Dasha Krivoshlyapova (Russia), who were born in the USSR on 3 January 1950 and died within 17 hours of each other on 17 April 2003.
