The most tandem knuckle push-ups in one minute (male) is 47, achieved by Apostolos Dervas and George Kotsimpos (both Greece), in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, on 6 April 2026.

This record was achieved by two friends who regularly train together. As fathers, they wanted to inspire their children with a personal achievement. They beat their own record set in 2023 by an additional 1 repetition and aim to never stop trying to set new records.
