The largest single pieces of silver are a pair of water jugs of 242.7 kg (10,408 troyoz )(4.77cwt) made by Gorind Narain in 1902 for the Maharaja of Jaipur (1861-1922). They are 1.6 m (5 ft 3 in tall), 2.48 m (8 ft 1.5 in) in circumference and have a capacity of 1,800 litres (396 gal/ 475.5 US gal). They are now in the City Palace , Jaipur , India .
The jugs were made for the Maharajah to take on his trip to London for the Coronation of King-Emperor Edward VII. The Maharajah used only Ganges water and these jugs carried his supply for the journey.
