The first person to complete every NTSC Nintendo 64 videogame is Patrick Wessels (Netherlands) aka MeridianPrime, who played to completion all 296 games, finishing the last in Alphen a/d Rijn, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands, on 18 August 2018.

Patrick was inspired by a player called 'The Mexican Runner" who completed all NES games. Completion was measured differently depending on the type of game being played, either reaching "the credit roll" or "the end screen", or win the highest available cup. Some games didn't have an established completion state (e.g. Wetrix) so setting the hi-score was the requirement.
