Longest duration performing a four hula hoop split

The longest duration performing a four hula hoop split is 32 min 6 sec and was achieved by Andrea M (UK) in Albany, New York, USA, on 27 April 2022.

Andrea has previously achieved a number of hooping GWR titles, including most hula hoop rotations around the bum in three minutes and longest duration spinning five hula hoops using the bum and arms. She loves hooping with her body so decided to try for this record. The hardest part for her was building up the strength in her right arm to keep it aloft with the two hoops rotating around it. On achieving the record, she says this was "an exciting challenge that really improved my overall fitness and I hope it will inspire other hula hoopers to try it."
