A cannon built by Perm Cannon Works in Motovilikha in 1868 at Perm, Russia, had a barrel weight of 45 tonnes (99,208 lb), a bore size of 50.8 cm (20 in) and a barrel length of 4.6 m (15 ft 1 in); its cannonballs weighed approximately 0.5 tonnes (1,110 lb). The Perm cannon was 5 tonnes (11,020 lb) heavier than the Tsar Cannon, on display in Moscow, Russia. This cannon was able to fire, and was tested.
