According to the World Health Organisation's latest figures for May 2003, Antigua and Barbuda (1995), the Dominican Rebublic (1994), Saint Kitts and Nevis (1995) and St Vincent and The Grenadines (1986) all recorded the lowest suicide rates with no cases reported in the years shown.
