Pope Benedict IX (d. 1056) (Theophylact), who had three terms as Pope; 1032-44; April to May 1045 and 8 November 1047 to 17 July 1048. It would appear that he was aged only 11 or 12 in 1032, though the Catalogue of the Popes admits only to his 'extreme youth'.
John XII (whose surname was Ottaviano; c.0937-64) was elected to the papacy in 955, aged 18 years. He died only nine years later.
