The most FIS Alpine Ski World Cup race wins in one discipline (female) is 53, achieved by Mikaela Shiffrin (USA) in the slalom between 20 December 2012 and 11 March 2023. This is also the outright record.
Shiffrin’s 53rd slalom win – in Are, Swede, on 11 March 2023 – was also her 87th victory across all World Cup disciplines, breaking Ingemar Stenmark’s long-standing record of 86. Shiffrin surpassed Stenmark’s outright record of 46 wins for a single alpine ski discipline, (which he recorded in the giant slalom) with victory in Schladming, Austria, on 11 January 2022.
