The largest tree sentence consists of 6,000 trees and was achieved by University of Sulaimani in association with South Kurdistan Estate for Construction Limited (both Iraq), in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq in 5 August 2026

The University of Sulaimani attempted to create the largest tree sentence using Myrtus (myrtle) trees, combining environmental awareness with a lasting display that promotes sustainability and green spaces on campus. Throughout the project, expert botanists oversaw and confirmed the health and well-being of the trees, ensuring they were properly planted, maintained, and capable of long-term growth
