The most games won as coach is 347 by Don Shula (United States) of the Baltimore Colts, 1963-69 and Miami Dolphins, 1970-95. Don Shula won 328 regular season games and 19 post-season games, he reached six Super Bowl finals winning the trophy twice. In 1972 he coached the Miami Dolphins during their 17-0 perfect season, the only perfect season to date in the NFL. Shula's overall coaching record is 347-173-6.
