Most Fencing gold Olympic medals (Women)

Valentina Vezzali (Italy) has won a female record six fencing gold medals at the Olympic Games. Her golds were achieved in the individual foil in 2000, 2004 and 2008 - the most consecutive Olympic gold medals in individual foil fencing (female) - and the team foil in 1996, 2000 and 2012. Vezzali has also one silver and two bronze medals at the Olympic Games: silver in the individual foil in 1996, bronze in the team foil in 2008 and bronze in the individual foil in 2012.
