A programme for the 1882 FA Cup final between Old Etonians and Blackburn Rovers (both UK) sold for £35,250 ($54,114) at Sotheby’s in London, UK, on 13 May 2013.
The oldest-surviving FA Cup programme was bought by the Old Etonians Football Club – who won the 1882 FA Cup final 1–0. The sale broke the previous highest sum paid for a football programme by more than £10,000.
