An accomplished professional eater, Cincotti was, for a period in 2018, the second-highest-ranked eater in the MLE.
The contest was governed by Major League Eating rules and staged at the 6th Annual World Chili Eating Challenge - held as part of the 9th Annual Northwestern Mutual Orlando Chili Cook-off charity event - in Orlando Festival Park, Florida, USA. In this challenge, competitors were allotted six minutes to eat as many 32-oz (0.25-US-gal) bowls of chilli con carne as possible. Cincotti devoured almost 10 entire bowls of the spicy meat dish to claim the prize.
