Reggaetón star Miguelito (Puerto Rico, b. Miguel Angel Valenzuela Morales, 5 Jan 1999) was 8 years 236 days old when the nominations for the 8th Annual Latin Grammy Awards were announced on 29 August 2007. His debut album, Más Grande Que Tú, was one of five releases shortlisted for Best Latin Children’s Album ahead of the awards ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, on 8 November 2007.

Best Latin Children’s Album was won by ¿Cómo Se Llega a Belén?, the fourth studio release by the Venezuelan sextet Voz Veis, at the 8th Annual Grammy Awards.

Miguelito wasn’t to be denied the following year, when he won Best Latin Children’s Album for El Heredero at the 9th Annual Latin Grammy Awards on 13 November 2008.
