Between 16 September 2018 and 28 April 2019, wheelchair racer Manuela Schär (Switzerland) won every leg of Series XII of the World Marathon Majors, triumphing in Berlin, Chicago, New York City, Tokyo, Boston and London.


Schär went on to record a streak of nine consecutive World Marathon Majors victories before being beaten into second place at the 2020 London Marathon.
