The fastest half marathon run by four siblings (mixed) is 5 hr 43 min 7 sec and was achieved by Paulo, Jose, Fernando and Margarida Carvalho (all Canada) during the 2024 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Marathon as verified in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 20 October 2024.

The Carvalho siblings have now achieved a Guinness World Records title that has never been done before. The team of four chose to attempt this challenge as a way to unite them while achieving a common goal together.

Brothers Paulo, Jose, and Fernando are the current Guinness World Records title holders for the "Fastest Half Marathon Run by Three Siblings (Male)" with a time of 03:57:02s. Soon after their sister expressed interest in joining as well, the brothers gladly invited her to participate. As a result, they all completed the marathon as a family, creating a memorable accomplishment.
