Most Ms. Olympia titles

The record for the most wins of Ms Olympia was achieved by Iris Kyle (USA), who won the overall competition 10 times between 2004 and 2014, including nine consecutive wins between 2006 and 2014.

In addition to her overall wins, Kyle also won the Heavyweight category twice – in 2001 and 2004 – before it was discontinued as part of a range of rule changes related to women's bodybuilding competitions.

Kyle is also a seven-time winner of Ms International, another prestigious women's bodybuilding competition that was held for the last time in 2013.

Prior to moving into the world of bodybuilding, Kyle had been a college basketball All-American and played various sports in high school.
