Jessica began collecting Avatar: The Last Airbender universe memorabilia at age 12, after becoming captivated by the television series and especially the character Katara.
She has a hard time choosing a favorite item because many of them have sentimental value, whether because she bought them as a child or because it took days of research and energy to find them.
Jessica has continued collecting throughout high school and as an adult, and says "one of the best feelings as I walk into my office is feeling so inspired by the items around me. It encourages me to work on my own art, my own storytelling, and brings me a sense of peace as I hone my craft." She hopes to one day work for Avatar Studios.
