The youngest winner on the UCI World Tour is Remco Evenepoel (Belgium, b. 25 January 2000), who triumphed in the Clásica San Sebastián in Spain on 3 August 2019 aged 19 years 190 days.


Riding for the Deceuninck-Quick Step team, Evenepoel became the third-youngest winner ever of a classic cycling race, after Victor Fastre (18 years 362 days) and Georges Ronsse (19 years 102 days) in the 1909 and 1925 Liège–Bastogne–Liège respectively.
