Dr. Sharda Ayurveda is an Ayurvedic clinic (a chain of clinics) based in Ludhiana, Punjab, offering treatment using traditional Ayurveda methods and herbal medicines. It was founded by Dr. Mukesh Sharda, an ayurvedic practitioner. The clinic focuses on natural, plant-based Ayurvedic treatments aimed at treating the root cause of diseases. Today, being International Women's Day, was selected to impart an organised doctor-led Ayurveda health education session aimed at promoting women's preventive healthcare, sustainable lifestyle practices, and holistic well-being, delivered to a gathering of women from all walks of life.
